Sales Director, Salesforce Financial Services.
About Saasinct

Saasinct is a woman-owned business that embraces equality, diversity, inclusion, education, and access to career development. As an East Coast-based Salesforce implementation partner, we serve Financial Services organizations, including Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, and Private Equity.

We empower these organizations to become more tech-savvy and strategically aligned through Salesforce. We provide our customers with a unique combination of consulting and education, illustrating what a fully integrated technology stack can look like with Salesforce at the center.

We win when we earn the trust and ongoing partnership of our clients, and we do that by continually finding better ways to collaborate, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions.

Role

The Sales Director, Salesforce Financial Services will build Saasinct’s new-business sales motion and own the full cycle from first relationship through signed Statement of Work. This is a quota-carrying role with a $2–3 million annual booked-revenue target, working directly with our founder and delivery leaders.

In your first 90 days, you will learn our customers, offerings, current pipeline and partner relationships; establish a credible pipeline baseline; and build a focused sales plan. Over the next 12–24 months, you will grow qualified pipeline and bookings through new clients, expansion and Salesforce partnerships, while making the sales motion more predictable and ensuring clean handoffs to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own a $2–3 million annual eligible booked-revenue target, with a clear sales plan that accounts for deal size, sales cycle and delivery capacity.
  • Open doors with Saasinct’s leadership team, creating introductions to prospective clients, Salesforce leaders and strategic partners.
  • Create new-logo and expansion opportunities in support of a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, warm introductions, Salesforce co-sell activity, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Build and execute a focused sales plan across private equity and private markets, capital markets, wealth and asset management, insurance, fintech, and lending.
  • Maintain a regular in-person presence at Salesforce Tower New York, partner events, industry gatherings, and priority client meetings.
  • Develop and manage trusted relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Partner Account Managers, and other ecosystem leaders.
  • Lead the full opportunity lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, account strategy, solution shaping, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and close.
  • Partner with Saasinct leadership and delivery experts to translate client needs into clear approaches, estimates, pricing, proposals, and Statements of Work.
  • Track the full sales funnel, including qualified opportunities, stage conversion, win rate, average deal size, sales cycle and source of each opportunity.
  • Establish the starting pipeline baseline, grow qualified pipeline year over year, and provide a clear weekly view of opportunity quality, risk and expected bookings.
  • Coordinate clean sales-to-delivery handoffs so client expectations, scope, commercial terms, and relationship context are understood before work begins.
  • Bring market intelligence back to leadership to sharpen Saasinct’s offerings, positioning, partner strategy, and future growth investments.
  • Build and codify a repeatable sales playbook and inform how Saasinct builds its broader growth function over time.

What you bring

  • Eight or more years of midmarket sales, business development, client-partner, or account leadership experience in financial-services technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • At least five years in a quota-carrying role with documented success owning annual bookings, revenue, or comparable new-business targets.
  • A relevant network and the ability to establish credibility with senior buyers across one or more of Saasinct’s core financial-services markets.
  • Experience selling complex consulting, implementation, managed-services, digital-transformation, or cloud-technology engagements—not only software licenses.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce partner and co-sell motion, including collaboration with AEs, SEs, Partner Account Managers, and delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and how Salesforce supports financial-services operating models and growth priorities.
  • Confidence leading executive discovery, developing a value case, navigating procurement, negotiating commercial terms, and closing multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Strong forecasting, CRM, and follow-through discipline, including comfort being accountable for both activity and results.
  • Commercial judgment: you can pursue growth without overselling delivery capacity, discounting carelessly, or creating avoidable margin and scope risk.
  • A builder’s mindset. You are energized by creating the playbook, not waiting for a large sales organization to hand one to you.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach that fits a relationship-driven, people-centered consulting firm.

How success will be measured

  • Eligible booked revenue against the $2–3 million annual target and the profitability of new work.
  • Qualified pipeline growth of 3x revenue from the agreed baseline, including opportunity creation, stage conversion and coverage.
  • New-logo acquisition and strategic expansion within existing relationships.
  • Strength and productivity of Salesforce ecosystem relationships.
  • Forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and commercial follow-through.
  • Quality of sales-to-delivery handoffs and alignment between what was sold and what Saasinct can deliver.
  • A repeatable sales playbook, more predictable forecasting and year-over-year growth in qualified opportunities and bookings.

Grow with us

  • Own a visible growth mandate with direct access to Saasinct’s founder and leadership team.
  • Help shape how a respected boutique Salesforce partner grows inside financial services.
  • Work closely with delivery professionals who care deeply about client outcomes.
  • Build the systems, messaging, relationships, and sales practices that will support Saasinct’s next stage.

Eligibility Requirements
