Job Description

As a Salesforce Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy that builds market awareness of Saasinct and our value proposition with mid-market customers (75 - 500 employees). Your role is to generate demand for our professional services, growing strategic business relationships and a pipeline of high-quality project opportunities. Partnering with the Salesforce team to position scalable, intelligent, and resilient business solutions, you’ll be responsible for driving Saasinct’s new logo revenue growth. This is a remote/telecommute position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Saasinct’s leadership team to identify and develop client acquisition strategies, lead business development activities, and to create and execute account plans. Recommend ideas and approaches that will contribute to Saasinct’s growth, creating a compelling vision for sales that clearly communicates and educates prospects and clients on the strategic value of the Salesforce platform and partnering with Saasinct. 
  • Create and nurture meaningful relationships and partnerships with Salesforce Regional VPs, Account Executives and their extended teams to build pipeline, collaboratively run deal cycles, and to close business with new clients across the United States. Organize and lead regular Lunch-n-Learn and other events to spread the vision and value of Saasinct within the Salesforce ecosystem. Champion Saasinct’s mission and vision through solution demos, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Own the sales process, including creating and managing sales presentations, discussion documents, statements of work, and agreements. Identify, prospect, qualify, and close client project opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle. Lead sales discovery and qualification, engaging both internal and external resources as necessary to create proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of Saasinct & Salesforce, participating in technical discussions to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned to customers’ goals. Collaborate with the Saasinct team to transform client technology problems into defined solutions and scope that clearly outline business objectives, goals, and benefits, providing the client with a roadmap for a successful business transformation using cloud technology.
  • Understand and communicate the market and competitive landscape to build go-to-market strategies that differentiate Saasinct with Salesforce and with clients. Create and maintain accurate forecasts, progress opportunities, and stay aligned with the project team for resource availability and project timing.
  • Actively participate in Salesforce Community Groups as a representative of Saasinct.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years selling Salesforce consulting services, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead customers through complex solution sales - being able to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to this role. 
  • We’re looking for someone ready to use their existing experience and relationships in the Financial Services community, so experience selling to or working in the financial services industry is required.
